Chocholate cake (mommy)

this makes two cakes

four cups of flour
5 eggs
3 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3 cups water
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cocoa
1 table spoon coffe
1 tsp bicarb

greese the dish
bake half an hour on 350 or 180

Icing

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup cold water
warm stove with all ingredients till sugar is disolved
take off stove add 150 grams of marg
mix in
let it cool
pure over cake

Chocolate mousse

melt four slabs of chocolate
seperate 10 eggs
beat egg white with 1 cup sugar until stiff
beat 2 boxes of orley whip or four sashes with half cup of sugar until stiff
mix the mealted chocolate with the egg yolk
mix egg white with the chocolate then add the orley whipe

Malva pudding

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tin of fruit cocktail
1 tsp bicarb
1 1/3 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt

mix all ingredients together and bake on 180 C for 30 mins

Souce
2 cups sugar
8 table spoons marg
1 tsp vanilla essence

heat in a pan until boiling pure over pudding and bake for 10 more minutes
